Mexico-City-based attorney Ilan Katz's primary focus is on complex cross-border litigation.

Ilan earned his law degree from the Universidad Iberoamericana. With over 20 years of experience as a criminal litigator, he is an expert in property, banking, and public servant crimes, serving as a whistleblower and defense attorney in both local and federal courts.

Katz is adept in Money Laundering and Compliance, as well as  Economic and Corporate Criminal Law. He currently serves as Coordinator of the Criminal Law Commission of the Mexican Bar Association. He is fluent in Spanish and English.
