Jordan Matthews

Jordan Matthews, one of the preeminent entertainment litigation attorneys in the United States and recognized by the LA Times as a “legal visionary” has broad experience in the entertainment industry and business sector, focused on plaintiff sexual assault, harassment and employment litigation matters. He served as lead counsel in a sexual misconduct case against Las Vegas mogul Steve Wynn that led to a  $10 million fine against Wynn and $55 million in fines against Wynn Resorts, and prompted the Nevada Gaming Control Board to changed its rules governing gaming licensees.

He is currently representing plaintiffs in a breach-of-contract suit filed against Priscilla Presley.

Matthews actively practices in the United States Supreme Court, has argued before the Ninth Circuit of the United States Court of Appeals and is involved in litigation covered by the Today Show, Wall Street Journal, Fox News, CNN, CNBC, the Los Angeles Times, and the New York Times, among other publications.
